  • Meese Formulation
    Cyclosporine 2%
    Ketoprofen 2.5% transdermal
    1. Apply tid x 3weeks
    2. Apply tid q.o.d. alternating q.o.d. with Salicylic Acid 2% transdermal x3weeks
    3. Apply tid q.o.d. alternating q.o.d. with Dovonex ointment
  • Aminophylline 4% ointment or gel
  • Betamethasone 0.05%, Coal Tar 2% (alcohol driven off) or LCD 10%, Salicylic Acid 3%
  • Bromide & Nickel (Nutrition & Healing)
  • Estar gel, Karalyt, LCD 10%, Lidex gel in Dovonex
  • Fumaric Acid topical and oral
  • LCD 10%, Salicylic Acid 2%, TMC 0.1%, in a base of Alcohol 80% and propylene glycol 20%
  • Papaverine 1%
  • Rocaltrol in petrolatum
  • Shark cartilage 5% in Base C, run through ointment mill
